An objectively worrying observation...

  • Many problems and symptoms can be the result of poor breathing habits: chronic fatigue, postural pain, rapid shortness of breath, sports underperformance, stress, emotionality, anxiety, depressive states, etc.
  • The vast majority of the population breathes poorly: For example, do one or more of the following major problems affect you: Oral rather than nasal breathing? Chest breathing without abdominal level? Little muscular and tense diaphragm? Rapid respiratory rate? Blocking your breathing as soon as you have to make an effort? Unable to snorkel for more than a minute?
  • The vast majority of the population has a physical body that functions poorly in the sense that its body consumes more energy than is normally needed to perform all its movements. The body will compensate for a certain imbalance by tensions that will hinder our breathing and our movements.
  • Some people have already understood the value of breathing and the different ‘respiratory patterns’ for improving their health, managing stress and transforming themselves. However, should these techniques be performed without respecting certain particular respiratory volumes or without having previously developed certain biomechanical or physiological qualities, they will not work and practitioners will be disappointed.
